We are growing and want to add an Operations Support Specialist to our team!
- At least 3 years of Operations/Support experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to listen and empathize.
- Must be able to guide people through challenging situations both online and off.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with customers and suppliers to build lasting professional relationships
- Familiar and comfortable with online/web-based systems.
- Resourceful self starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Managing incoming client orders and phone/email/text inquiries.
- Tracking client orders and ensuring they are completed timely.
- Handling supplier requests and providing back-end operations support.
- Generate leads from client inquiries that can develop into new clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers and the rest of the team.
