Head of Growth

We're growing and want to add a Head of Growth to our team!


  • 8+ years of professional experience in Digital Advertising and/or Marketing of web-based products and services with a data-oriented mindset.
  • Strong background in growing revenue with data-driven and analytic approaches with focus on full-funnel marketing and sales growth.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google analytics, Google Search Console, traffic optimization, user behavior analysis, good grasp of UX/UI, social media, and digital content.
  • Expertise in crafting digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant ad networks and engaging the latest growth relevant services and tools.
  • Self-starter, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and coordinate efforts with engineering, business leaders, and external parties.
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree and past experience at tech startups are highly preferred


  • Lead the growth of Teko services adoption with strong focus on funnel optimization and fast data-driven experiments to grow revenue.
  • Develop a framework to combine the product functionalities, features, and customer journey to analyze the purchase cycle and draw actionable results.
  • Test, analyze, execute acquisition strategies, and creative models to increase the adoption rate while tracking key metrics and continuously iterating.
  • Employ traditional and unconventional techniques to acquire customers online and offline and expand reach and user engagement.
  • Lead a small team independently, identify new growth talents, stay abreast of best practices and trends, and collaborate with the team to improve analytics.
