Operations Support Specialist

We are growing and want to add an Operations Support Specialist to our team!

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Operations/Support experience in related fields.
  • Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to listen and empathize.
  • Must be able to guide people through challenging situations both online and off.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with customers and suppliers to build lasting professional relationships
  • Familiar and comfortable with online/web-based systems.
  • Resourceful self starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming client orders and phone/email/text inquiries.
  • Tracking client orders and ensuring they are completed timely.
  • Handling supplier requests and providing back-end operations support.
  • Generate leads from client inquiries that can develop into new clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers and the rest of the team.
