Fair Market Rates for Aircon & Appliances in Metro Manila (NCR)

We are publishing our NCR service rates because we believe customers should feel informed and confident before booking with any business or service provider. Clear pricing helps families, property teams, and businesses compare fairly, avoid surprises, and better understand the value behind a professionally managed service experience.

Teko is not just a booking platform. Behind every service is a dedicated team that vets and onboards technicians, strengthens their skills through business and behavioral training, and supports them with back-office services such as marketing, client communication, follow-up coordination, backjob management, warranty concerns, and client escalations.

This allows technicians to focus on what they do best: delivering reliable, professional services to Filipino homes and businesses.

Important note on repairs: Repair work cannot be fully priced in advance because every unit, site condition, and issue is different. A technician must first diagnose the unit, then provide a repair quotation for the client to review and approve before any repair work proceeds. The rates below show standard service rates and minimum labor references. They are not final prices for every repair scenario.

How Teko earns

Teko charges technicians a sliding commission of 20-25% on completed services. This helps fund the technology we built from scratch, ongoing platform maintenance, 7-day client support, technician onboarding and training, technician assistance, and after-service support for backjobs, warranty concerns, and escalations.

Important customer protection reminder: Aircon and appliance services involve technical work that, if handled improperly, may lead to accidents, fire, property damage, or damage to high-value appliances. Each eligible Teko service booked and completed through our platform is backed by a PHP 2 million property protection guarantee.

If a customer transacts directly with a Teko partner technician outside our platform, whether for the same job or a future service, Teko will not be liable and cannot intervene in complaints, backjobs, warranty concerns, payment issues, or service disputes.

The most important part of appliance service is not only what happens during the visit, but also what happens after the service is completed. Unfortunately, we have seen cases where customers tried to save a few pesos by transacting outside the Teko platform, only to end up in costly, stressful, and difficult situations.

Booking through Teko and dealing with Teko support helps keep the service protected, documented, supported, and accountable.
