What is Teko?
We are an online platform that conveniently connects owners of home appliances and mobile devices with affordable, background-checked, and certified technicians for on-site services. We also provide business solutions for retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Do you service all mobile devices and home appliances?
We currently service iPhones, iPads, aircons, refrigerators/freezers, washing machines and water heaters.
Do you service appliances at businesses and offices?
Yes, our technicians service all brands and models at all businesses. We do not service commercial grade appliances.
How soon can I get help from your technicians?
After you submit your service request, we match you with a technician. We then email you and text you the details of your confirmed technician.
Can I request the same technician that previously helped me?
We may be able to send you the same technician that previously worked on your device or appliance. Otherwise, rest assured that we match you with an equally qualified technician.
How do I pay for the service?
You pay directly to the technician via Gcash or in Cash after the service. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
What is your service pricing?
Basic and routine services are offered at a fair set price, see our Transparent Pricing. Repairs may not be priced until a technician troubleshoots the problem.
What is your Php 2 Million Property Protection?
It's Teko’s property protection program for customers in the event that our partner technician causes damage to your property. For more details, see here.
Do you include a service charge?
We do not charge any service fee, processing fee or other hidden fees to home and business clients.
How can I cancel or reschedule my service request?
Log-in to your account and click on the service request that you want to reschedule or cancel.
How come I did not receive any confirmation?
After you submit your service request, you should immediately receive an email confirmation, please check your spam box. In addition, the details of your technician are emailed and texted to you as soon as we confirm. If you do not receive any confirmations from us, please contact us.
