After you submit your service request, we match you with a technician. We then email you and text you the details of your confirmed technician.
We may be able to send you the same technician that previously worked on your appliance. Otherwise, rest assured that we match you with an equally qualified technician.
You pay directly to the technician. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
Basic and routine services are offered at a fair set price, see our transparent pricing. Repairs may not be priced until a technician troubleshoots the problem.
We do not charge any service fee, processing fee or other hidden fees to home and business clients.
Log-in to your account and click on the service request that you want to reschedule or cancel.
After you submit your service request, you should immediately receive an email confirmation, please check your spam box. In addition, the details of your technician are emailed and texted to you as soon as we confirm. If you did not receive any confirmations from us, please contact us.
