1. Check the power source, power cord, and power LED.
Sometimes, the reason why your TV won’t turn on is just simple. First, ensure that your TV is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Test the outlet by plugging in a different device.
Next, check if the cord has any visible damage or frayed wires. And then, check if the power LED lights up yet the screen remains blank when you turn the TV on. These can indicate power or display issues.
2. Use the remote control and manual power button.
First, try pressing the power button on the TV itself to check if it works. And then, use the remote control to rule out any issues with the remote. If it does not work, try replacing the remote control batteries first.
